Career In 1999, Sudipto Balav started acting in Kolkata and worked on several television shows. ''2 Harihar Nagar'' is a 2009 Indian Malayalam-language comedy thriller film written and directed by Lal and produced by P. N. Venugopal starring Mukesh, Siddique, Jagadish and Ashokan.
