The Sudhanoti District (also spelled Sudhanuti District) ( ur, ), meaning the "heartland of Sudhans" or "Sudhan heartland"), is one of the 10 districts of Pakistan's dependent territory of Azad Kashmir. The Sudhanoti District is bounded on the north and east by the Poonch District, Pakistan, Poonch District, on the south by the Kotli District, and on the west by the Rawalpindi District of Pakistan's Punjab, Pakistan, Punjab Province. It is located from Islamabad, the capital of Pakistan. It is connected with Rawalpindi and Islamabad via the Azad Pattan Road. The district headquarters is the town of Pallandri. It is at an elevation of 1,372 meters and is at a distance of 97 kilometers from Rawalpindi via the Azad Pattan Road. Pallandri is connected to Rawalakot by a 64-km metaled road. List Of Districts In Azad Kashmir
Azad Kashmir is a dependent territory of Pakistan. It has 10 first-order administrative divisions called "districts," and each district is divided into tehsils. Geographically, the northern districts of Azad Kashmir encompass the lower part of the Himalayas. The southern districts of Azad Kashmir, which consist of the Bhimber, Kotli, and Mirpur district, Mirpur districts have extremely hot weather in the summer and moderately cold weather in the winter. Azad Kashmir receives rainfall in both the winter and summer seasons, with Muzaffarabad being among the wettest areas of Azad Kashmir. The culture in the northern districts is similar to that of the people of Gilgit-Baltistan, where Balti and other languages are spoken. In the central districts like Poonch, etc., the Hindko and Gojri languages are spoken, and in the southern districts, the culture of the people is similar to that of the Potoharis.
