Sud-Est Grognard
The SNCASE Grognard was designed as a single-seat, low-level ground-attack aircraft. Although in development in the 1950s for the France, French ''French Air Force, Armée de l'Air'', the program was cancelled in favor of the Sud Aviation Vautour, Sud-Ouest Vautour II.Winchester 2005, p. 302. Design and development An ''Armée de l'Air'' specification for a ground-attack aircraft drawn up in 1948 was intended to spur the French aviation industry to produce a jet-powered design. SNCASO, Sud-Est entered the competition with a development of the earlier SE.2400 attack aircraft, after testing a model in the ''Office National d'Etudes et de Recherches Aerospatiales, ONERA'' (Chalais-Meudon) wind tunnel. The design featured an unusual 47˚ swept wing design along with two stacked Rolls-Royce Nene, Nene jet engines fed by a single dorsal inlet in a compact, bulbous fuselage. WikiProject Aircraft
A WikiProject, or Wikiproject, is a Wikimedia movement affinity group for contributors with shared goals. WikiProjects are prevalent within the largest wiki, Wikipedia, and exist to varying degrees within sister projects such as Wiktionary, Wikiquote, Wikidata, and Wikisource. They also exist in different languages, and translation of articles is a form of their collaboration. During the COVID-19 pandemic, CBS News noted the role of Wikipedia's WikiProject Medicine in maintaining the accuracy of articles related to the disease. Another WikiProject that has drawn attention is WikiProject Women Scientists, which was profiled by '' Smithsonian'' for its efforts to improve coverage of women scientists which the profile noted had "helped increase the number of female scientists on Wikipedia from around 1,600 to over 5,000".
