Sub-Zero (Mortal Kombat)
Sub-Zero is a fictional character in the '' Mortal Kombat'' fighting game franchise by Midway Games and NetherRealm Studios. A warrior from the fictional Lin Kuei clan ( zh, c=林魁, p=Lín Kúi), the character is principally defined by his ability to control ice in many forms. He is the only fighter to appear in every main installment of the series, along with being featured as the protagonist of the action-adventure spin-off '' Mortal Kombat Mythologies: Sub-Zero'' (1997). The franchise's main Sub-Zero is Kuai Liang ( zh, c=快凉, p=Kuài Liáng). Debuting in ''Mortal Kombat II'' (1993), he has used the mantle in every chronological game since his introduction. ''Mortal Kombat 11'' is a 2019 fighting video game developed by NetherRealm Studios and published by Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment. It is the eleventh main installment in the ''Mortal Kombat'' franchise and a sequel to 2015's ''Mortal Kombat X''. The game was announced at The Game Awards 2018 and was released in North America and Europe on April 23, 2019, for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, Windows, and Xbox One—with the exception of Europe's Switch version which was released on May 10, 2019. It was released on Stadia on November 19, 2019. The game runs on a heavily modified version of Unreal Engine 3. Johannes Taslim (born 23 June 1981) is an Indonesian actor and martial artist. He was a member of Indonesia's judo national team from 1997 to 2009. is a style of karate, developed from various martial arts by Gichin Funakoshi (1868–1957) and his son Gigo (Yoshitaka) Funakoshi (1906–1945).
