Stéphane Audeguy
Stéphane Audeguy (born 1964 Tours) is a French novelist and essayist. He studied literature at the University of Paris, where he also taught. He served as an assistant professor at the University of Virginia at Charlottesville between 1986 and 1987. He returned to France and now lives in Paris where he teaches art history and film history at a local high school. A bracket is either of two tall fore- or back-facing punctuation marks commonly used to isolate a segment of text or data from its surroundings. Prix was an American power pop band formed in Memphis, Tennessee, in 1975 by Tommy Hoehn and Jon Tiven Jon Tiven (born January 3, 1955) is an American composer, guitarist, record producer, and music journalist. He has produced albums by Wilson Pickett, Frank Black and Don Covay as well as a series of tribute albums paying tribute to the songwriti .... The group ended up primarily as a studio project. Its recordings were produced by Tiven along with former Big Star member Chris Bell (American musician), Chris Bell, who also played guitar and sang backup vocals. The Prix des Deux Magots is a major French literary prize. It is presented to new works, and is generally awarded to works that are more off-beat and less conventional than those that receive the more mainstream Prix Goncourt. The name derives from the extant Parisian café "Les Deux Magots", which began as a drapery store in 1813, taking its name from a popular play of the time, "The two figurines of China". It housed a wine merchant in the 19th century, and was refurbished in 1914 into a café. The Prix Maurice Genevoix (''Le prix Maurice Genevoix'') is an annual French literary award made in honor of its namesake Maurice Genevoix (1890–1980). It is intended to recognize a French literary work which, by its topic or style, honors the memory and work of Maurice Genevoix. The prize was founded in 1985 in the city of Garches under the initiative of mayor Yves Bodin, who was a family friend of Genevoix. In 2004 the award was officially established at the Académie française as a "Grand Prix", meaning the winner receives a silver-gilt medal and variable cash amount, thus increasing its prestige and importance since 2004.
