Sture Fladmark (born 30 June 1967) is a Norwegian football manager and a former player. Player career He played for Aalesunds and Lyn. Managing career He led Lyn to bronze medals in the Norwegian Premier League in 2002. He also won the Kniksen award as coach of the year in 2002. He also was the assistant manager for South Africa national football team under Stuart Baxter. He also coached IL Hødd and is currently in Skarbøvik IF. Stuart Baxter
Stuart William Baxter (born 16 August 1953) is a British football manager and former player who most recently managed South African Premier Soccer League side Kaizer Chiefs. Born in England of Scottish parentage, and brought up in both countries, Baxter played professionally for a number of clubs in England, Scotland, Australia, Sweden and in the United States. He has previously managed clubs in Sweden, Norway, Portugal, Japan, South Africa, Turkey and India. The Kniksen Award ( no, Kniksenprisen), established in 1990, honors the best players in the Norwegian football premiership. The award is named after the legendary Norwegian football player Roald Jensen, nicknamed "Kniksen". Categories Category A A jury composed of players, leaders, coaches and officials in the Tippeligaen, nominates and choose the winners in each category. A midfielder is an outfield position in association football. Midfielders may play an exclusively defensive role, breaking up attacks, and are in that case known as defensive midfielders.
