Stuart McLaren
Stuart McLaren (born 28 August 1975) is a Scottish/Australian football player and coach, who is currently employed at Scottish club Celtic as U18 manager. Biography Queensland Roar coach Miron Bleiberg signed McLaren on a short-term contract in early November 2005. He was signed due to Josh McCloughlan's injury, playing as a defender as he did when he was a former player-coach with the Brisbane Strikers in the NSL. He was then signed as a permanent player and regularly played in the starting eleven, occasionally captaining the Queensland Roar. McLaren left Australia in early 2011 returning to the United Kingdom to be nearer his place of birth with his family. In June 2011, he was appointed as head coach at Loughborough University. McLaren was appointed manager of Stirling Albion in November 2014, but the ''Binos'' were relegated from Scottish League One at the end of the 2014–15 season. Miron Bleiberg ( he, מירון בלייברג) is an Israeli-Australian football (soccer) manager. Biography Bleiberg was educated at the Hebrew Reali School in Haifa, Israel. A former captain in the Israeli Navy, Bleiberg commanded patrol boats and missile boats, covering the coastline from Haifa to Sinai and the Red Sea. The Victory Shield is an annual football tournament competed for by the under-16 teams of Scotland, Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland and Wales. Queensland State League (association Football)
The Queensland State League, often abbreviated to the QSL, was a men's semi-professional soccer league in the Australian state of Queensland. The league was created by the state's governing body, Football Queensland, in 2008, to fill the gap between the national league (A-League) and the various city and regional leagues in the State. Perth Glory were crowned both premiers and champions after winning both the league and grand final. Overview The season was remembered as the end of an era for the national league, following the announcement in 2003 that the national competition would be wholly scrapped in response to the Crawford Report into soccer in Australia. The end of the NSL led to the formation of the A-League, a new national competition that began in 2005. Pedro Martínez Losa (born 9 May 1976) is a Spanish football coach and sporting director, who is currently the head coach of the Scotland women's national team. Known primarily for his prominence within women's football, Martínez Losa has won major trophies in his native Spain with Rayo Vallecano Femenino, and in England with Arsenal Women.
