Stroymontazh
Stroymontazh (russian: Корпорация «Строймонтаж») was a Russian construction and property development company. Headquartered in Saint Petersburg, it was previously a market leader in residential construction in this region with a population size of more than 5.3 million, and had an international projects portfolio which included a 110,000 m2 development on the outskirts of Paris, France. The company suffered significantly as a result of the economic and financial crisis of 2008-10 and a corporate dispute with one of its creditors, . In 2010, Storymontazh was put into bankruptcy administration, and in July 2015, the company was dissolved. Owners and management The principal company owner and CEO was Artur Kirilenko. Artur Vladimirovich Kirilenko (russian: link=no, Арту́р Влади́мирович Кириле́нко, born 22 June 1972), a Russian entrepreneur, between 1994 and 2010 was owner and director of Stroymontazh, one of the largest property development companies in St Petersburg, Russia. Sergei Yurievich Polonsky (russian: link=no, Сергей Юрьевич Полонский; born 1 December 1972) is a Russian businessman. He is the owner and head of one of the largest real estate companies in Russia, Mirax Group (2004–2011). He was one of the richest men in Russia before the late-2000s financial crisis. Now, he is a shareholder and investor in a number of commercial structures incorporated by the holding company ''Potok'' . He is currently awaiting trial in Moscow on charges of fraud.
