String (structure)
String is a long flexible structure made from fibers twisted together into a single strand, or from multiple such strands which are in turn twisted together. String is used to tie, bind, or hang other objects. It is also used as a material to make things, such as textiles, and in arts and crafts. String is a simple tool, and its use by humans is known to have been developed tens of thousands of years ago.Susan Toby Evans, David L. Webster, ''Archaeology of Ancient Mexico and Central America: An Encyclopedia'' (2013), p. 812. In Mesoamerica, for example, string was invented some 20,000 to 30,000 years ago, and was made by twisting plant fibers together. String may also be a component in other tools, and in devices as diverse as weapons, musical instruments, and toys. History String was used in prehistoric times to make fire, as part of a drilling tool called the bow drill, which makes Firelighting#Friction, fire by friction, as well as fishing lines, nets, clothing, shelter mak ... String Bean
Green beans are young, unripe fruits of various cultivars of the common bean ('' Phaseolus vulgaris''), although immature or young pods of the runner bean (''Phaseolus coccineus''), yardlong bean ( ''Vigna unguiculata'' subsp. ''sesquipedalis''), and hyacinth bean (''Lablab purpureus'') are used in a similar way. Green beans are known by many common names, including French beans (), string beans (although most modern varieties are "stringless"), and snap beans or simply "snaps". In the Philippines, they are also known as "Baguio beans" or "" to distinguish them from yardlong beans. They are distinguished from the many other varieties of beans in that green beans are harvested and consumed with their enclosing pods, before the bean seeds inside have fully matured. An analogous practice is the harvest and consumption of unripened pea pods, as is done with snow peas or sugar snap peas. Thong
The thong is a garment generally used as either underwear or in some countries, as a swimsuit. It may also be worn for traditional ceremonies or competitions. Viewed from the front, the thong typically resembles a bikini bottom, but at the back the material is reduced to a minimum. Thongs are almost always designed to cover the genitals, anus and perineum and leave part or most of the buttocks uncovered. The back of the garment typically consists of a thin waistband and a thin strip of material, designed to be worn between the buttocks, that connects the middle of the waistband with the bottom front of the garment. It is also used as a descriptive term in other types of garment, such as a bodysuit, bodystocking, leotard or one-piece swimsuit, with the meaning "thong-backed". One type of thong is the G-string, the back of which consists only of a (typically elasticized) string. The two terms ''G-string'' and ''thong'' are often used interchangeably; however, they can refer ... [...More Info...]       [...Related Items...]     OR:     [Wikipedia]   [Google]   [Baidu]   |

Some bikini designs cover larger portions of the wearer's body while other designs provide minimal coverage. Topless variants are still sometimes considered bikinis, although they are technically not a two-piece swimsuit.Bikini , Swimsuit Styles Terminology While the name bikini was applied to the skimpy fashion that first revealed the wearer's navel, the fashion industry considers any two-piece swimsuit a bikini. Monty Python's Contractual Obligation Album
''Monty Python's Contractual Obligation Album'' is the final studio album by Monty Python, released in 1980. As the title suggests, the album was put together to complete a contract with Charisma Records. Besides newly written songs and sketches, the sessions saw re-recordings of material that dated back to the 1960s pre-Python shows '' I'm Sorry I'll Read That Again'', ''The Frost Report'', ''At Last The 1948 Show'' and ''How To Irritate People''. One track, "Bells", dates from the sessions for ''Monty Python's Previous Record'', while further material was adapted from Eric Idle's post-Python series ''Rutland Weekend Television''. The group also reworked material written but discarded from early drafts of ''Life Of Brian'', as well as the initial scripts for what would eventually become '' The Meaning Of Life''. Background The group had not recorded an all-studio album since '' Matching Tie and Handkerchief'' in 1973 and were initially unenthusiastic about returning to the re ... Buddha (album)
''Buddha'' is a Demo (music), demo album by the American rock music, rock band Blink-182. The band had recorded two previous demos in Raynor's bedroom—''Flyswatter'' and ''Demo No.2''—using a Multitrack recording, four track recorder.
