Streaky the Supercat is a fictional superhero cat that appears in comic books published by DC Comics. He first appeared in '' Action Comics'' #261 (February 1960) and was created by Jerry Siegel and Jim Mooney. He is  Supergirl's pet cat who gained incredible powers through exposure to X-Kryptonite; such as flight, super-strength, super-speed, invulnerability, and enhanced vision abilities. His distinctive mark is a lightning bolt in his fur running along both sides. He is also a member of the  Legion of Super-Pets, alongside other super-powered animals such as  Krypto (who he accompanies as his sidekick and best friend), Beppo and Comet. Supergirl
Supergirl is the name of several fictional superheroines appearing in American comic books published by DC Comics. The original, current, and most well known Supergirl is Kara Zor-El, the cousin of superhero Superman. The character made her first appearance in ''Action Comics'' #252 (May 1959) and was created by Otto Binder and Al Plastino. Concept Created as a female counterpart to Superman, Kara Zor-El shares her super powers and vulnerability to Kryptonite. Supergirl plays a supporting role in various DC Comics publications, including ''Action Comics'', ''Superman'', and several comic book series unrelated to Superman.
