Strathpine Centre
Strathpine Centre is an urban shopping centre located in Strathpine, a suburb in Moreton Bay, north of Brisbane. The centre was built and opened in 1983 by The Westfield Group. It is anchored by Big W and Target discount department stores and Woolworths, Coles and ALDI supermarkets. The centre has a food court anchored by fast food chains such as McDonald's, KFC and Subway . There is also an 8-screen multiplex cinema (operated by Event Cinemas), bowling alley, gaming arcade and a gym on an upper mezzanine level. Most of the centre is single level with a rooftop carpark. It has a bus station with services to Chermside, Toombul, Redcliffe and local services to surrounding suburbs. Strathpine Centre is about a 10-minute walk to Strathpine Railway Station, with services to Redcliffe and Springfield Central via Brisbane. Nundah (previously called German Station) is an inner suburb in the City of Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. It contains the neighbourhood of Toombul. In the , Nundah had a population of 12,141 people. Prior to European settlement, Nundah was inhabited by Aboriginal people from the Turrbul tribe. Nundah is primarily a residential suburb, which straddles Sandgate Road, one of the major arterial roads of Brisbane's north. Westfield North Lakes
Westfield North Lakes is a shopping centre in North Lakes on the northern outskirts of Brisbane. The centre first opened in on 7 August 2003 and initially included around 80 stores including Target and Coles. In early 2007, construction began on a major extension that was set to bring the total number of stores in the centre to over 200. The extension was opened to the public in October of the same year, including Big W and Woolworths stores and a food court which replaced the old one that was demolished due to the expansion. In May 2008, the centre's 2-level Myer store was opened, which replaced the Myer store in Strathpine Centre that closed in 2007. IKEA opened their second Queensland store at Westfield North Lakes in November 2016.
