Sundbyberg Municipality
Sundbyberg Municipality (''Sundbybergs kommun'' or ''Sundbybergs stad'') is a municipality in Stockholm County in east central Sweden, just north of the capital Stockholm. Sundbyberg is wholly within the Stockholm urban area and has a 100% urban population. Sundbyberg was detached from Bromma (which since 1916 is in Stockholm Municipality) in 1888 as a market town (''köping''). It got the title of a city in 1927. In 1949 parts of Solna Municipality and Spånga Municipality (when the rest of Spånga was amalgamated into Stockholm) were added. A proposed merger with Solna in 1971 was never implemented, making Sundbyberg, with an area of , the smallest municipality in Sweden, but also the most densely populated. Central Sundbyberg
Central Sundbyberg (''Centrala Sundbyberg'') is considered the oldest and most original part of Sundbyberg Municipality in Sweden. It is one of Stockholm's oldest satellite towns. Its proximity to Stockholm City Centre, nostalgic environment and well-connected transportation networks has made this part of town an attractive housing area. Forms of public transport include the Stockholm Metro (''Tunnelbanan''), Stockholm commuter rail (''Pendeltåg'') and SL buses. Trams returned to Sundbyberg in 2013 after 54 years of absence when Tvärbanan was expanded from Alvik to Solna. Tracks are laid in one of the main streets with two stops in this area. On the small streets of Central Sundbyberg, there are boutiques, restaurants, banks and other important services. Råsunda (district)
Råsunda is a district in Solna Municipality, and a suburb in the Stockholm metropolitan area with around 17 500 inhabitants. The movie industry set up in the area Filmstaden, formerly an ostrich farm, in 1919-1969 (nowadays the area has homes, officeshttps://www.solna.se/download/18.d878336172a235b6c417193/1592394620116/Solna%20stads%20Översiktsplan%202030.pdf ) in western Råsunda. Näckrosen Metro Station
Näckrosen (meaning ''the water lily'') is a station on the Stockholm metro, blue line. The station is located in Solna Municipality (northwestern end of Råsunda area), but one of the entrances is in Sundbyberg Municipality (Storskogen square). Solna Municipality
Solna Municipality ( sv, Solna kommun or , ) is a municipality in Stockholm County in Sweden, located just north of Stockholm City Centre. Its seat is located in the town of Solna, which is a part of the Stockholm urban area. Solna is one of the richest municipalities in Sweden. The municipality is a part of Metropolitan Stockholm. The Stockholm urban area ( sv, Stockholms tätort) is the largest and most populous of the statistical localities or urban areas in Sweden. It has no administrative function of its own, but constitutes a continuous built-up area, which extends into 11 municipalities in Stockholm County. It contains the municipal seats of 10 of those. As of 31 December 2019, the population in the Stockholm urban area was 1,593,426 inhabitants, the area , and the population density 4,175 inhabitants/km2.
