Stixxay
Trevor Hayes, better known as Stixxay, is an American professional ''League of Legends'' player for Golden Guardians. Stixxay started his League of Legends professional career as the starting ADC for CLG's Challenger NA team CLG Black and substitute ADC for LA Renegades, Misfits. In the 2015 Spring Challenger Series, CLG Black and Stixxay finished 2–8. In November 2015 he was elevated to the main team, replacing Peter "Doublelift" Peng as bot laner. In January 2022 he stepped down as a player and transferred to a coaching role at Golden Guardians. Stixxay won the 2016 Spring North American League of Legends Championship Series, 2016 North American ''League of Legends'' Championship Series Spring Split with CLG. As of the 2016 Mid-Season Invitational, Stixxay led the invitational in most kills (70). He graduated Mesquite High School in 2015. Counter Logic Gaming (CLG) is an American esports organization headquartered in Los Angeles, California. It was founded in April 2010 by George "HotshotGG" Georgallidis and Alexander "Vodoo" Beutel as a ''League of Legends'' team, and has since branched out into other games. CLG fields the oldest ''League of Legends'' team still active, having competed in every split of the North American ''League of Legends'' Championship Series (NA LCS) since it began in Spring 2013. 2016 NA LCS Summer
The 2016 NA LCS season was the fourth year of the North American ''League of Legends'' Championship Series. It was divided into spring and summer splits, each consisting of a regular season and playoff stage. Regular season games were played in the Riot Games Studios in Los Angeles, California. Format Teams compete in a double round robin tournament over the course of nine weeks during the regular season, with matches being best-of-three. The top six teams from the regular season advanced to the playoff stage, with the top two teams receiving a bye to the semifinals. The seventh place team qualifies for the next split of the LCS but does not participate in playoffs. The bottom three teams play in a promotion/relegation tournament against the top two NA Challenger Series teams. Playoffs were single-elimination and matches were best-of-five. 2020 LCS Season
The 2020 LCS season was the third year under partnership and eighth overall of the ''League of Legends'' Championship Series (LCS), a professional esports league for the MOBA PC game ''League of Legends''. It was the first year that the league used a double elimination bracket for its playoff format. Championship points and the regional finals were also removed from the World Championship qualification process. The spring split began on January 25 and was scheduled to conclude with the spring finals on April 19; however, due to the spread of COVID-19 in the United States, the season was temporarily suspended on March 13. Four days later, it was announced that the LCS would resume on March 20, with all matches being played online. The summer split began on June 12 and concluded with the summer finals on September 6.
