Steven Clark (English Footballer)
Steven Clark (born 2 February 1982) is a football manager who played as a midfielder. He is currently manager at Sporting Bengal United. Club career Clark started as a trainee with West Ham United before moving to Southend United in 2002 for £50,000. After a season at the club he signed on for another year in June 2003. He was released in May 2004. He had several clubs over a short period of time starting with the demise of what was Hornchurch. After Hornchurch folded, he moved to Dagenham & Redbridge then to Weymouth with various loan spells along the way. Clark then played for Fisher Athletic. Anwar Uddin ( bn, আনোয়ার উদ্দিন; born 1 November 1981) is an English ´ football manager and former player who works as assistant manager at National League side Aldershot Town. During a career which began at West Ham United in 2001 and concluded with a season at Eastbourne Borough from 2012 to 2013, Uddin notably represented several Football League clubs including Dagenham & Redbridge and Barnet. He was the first person of Bangladeshi origin to play professional football in England, and, while at Dagenham & Redbridge, became the first British Asian to captain a football club in the top four divisions of English football. The National League of Professional Baseball Clubs, known simply as the National League (NL), is the older of two leagues constituting Major League Baseball (MLB) in the United States and Canada, and the world's oldest extant professional team sports league. A midfielder is an outfield position in association football. Midfielders may play an exclusively defensive role, breaking up attacks, and are in that case known as defensive midfielders. As central midfielders often go across boundaries, with mobility and passing ability, they are often referred to as deep-lying midfielders, play-makers, box-to-box midfielders, or holding midfielders. There are also attacking midfielders with limited defensive assignments.
