Steve Precourt
Stephen L. Precourt (born October 20, 1960) was a Republican member of the Florida House of Representatives from 2006 to 2014, representing the 41st District from 2006 to 2012, and the 44th District from 2012 to 2014, when he resigned. History Precourt attended the University of Florida, where he graduated with a degree in civil engineering in 1983. Following graduation, he worked as a transportation engineer in Central Florida, eventually becoming a principal at the Dyer, Riddle, Mills & Precourt. The Florida circuit courts are state courts, and are trial courts of original jurisdiction for most controversies. In Florida, the circuit courts are one of four types of courts created by the Florida Constitution (the other three being The Florida Supreme Court, Florida district courts of appeal, and Florida county courts). Orlando-Orange County Expressway Authority
The Central Florida Expressway Authority (CFX) is a highway authority responsible for construction, maintenance and operation of toll roads in six counties of Greater Orlando (Lake, Orange, Osceola, Polk, Seminole, and Brevard Counties). It was created in 2014 to replace the Orlando–Orange County Expressway Authority (OOCEA), which only had authority in Orange County, and as of 2016 no roads outside that county have been added to the system. Other toll roads in the area are operated by Florida's Turnpike Enterprise (successor to the Seminole County Expressway Authority) and the Osceola County Expressway Authority; with the latter of which possibly merging into CFX some time after 2018. The Tea Party movement was an American fiscally conservative political movement within the Republican Party that began in 2009.
