Stephen McNally (born Horace Vincent McNally; July 29, 1911 – June 4, 1994) was an American actor remembered mostly for his appearances in many Westerns and action films. He often played hard-hearted characters, criminals, bullies, and other villains. Early years Born in New York City, McNally attended Fordham University School of Law and was an attorney in the late 1930s before he pursued his passion for acting. He was a one time president of the Catholic Actors Guild. Career He started his stage career using his real name, Horace McNally, and began appearing uncredited in many World War II-era films. In 1948, he changed his stage name to Stephen McNally (taking the name of his then-2-year-old son) and began appearing credited as both movie villains and heroes. Stephen Patrick McNally (born 4 July 1978) is an English singer and songwriter, best known for his work with BBMak. Biography McNally began playing guitar in 1990 and had occasional lessons from Cast lead guitarist Liam Tyson. He then formed his first band, The Mist, with some high school friends and started writing songs. From 1996 to 2003, McNally was a singer and lead guitarist of English pop rock band BBMak, along with Mark Barry and Christian Burns. Together they sold over three million albums worldwide. Their biggest single, "Back Here", was #1 in the US and across Asia. In 2003 after BBMAK split, McNally began writing songs for a solo album with Ricky Ross, Karl Wallinger, and The Real People members Tony and Chris Griffiths. The following year, McNally began recording a solo album in France with record producer James Sanger and drummer Ash Soan but abandoned the project later that year. Steve McNally (doctor)
Steve McNally is a British medical doctor and the Head of Sports Medicine and Science at Premier League football club Manchester United. In December 2023 he left and joined up the team of English PGMOL referees McNally joined the Liverpool F.C. Academy as their medical official in 1998. In 2002, he began working with the England youth international squads as well as at Liverpool. In July 2006, McNally replaced Mike Stone as the senior club doctor at Manchester United. Stone had been at the club since 1999. McNally works alongside the Head of Human Performance, Richard Hawkins, and is supported by a medical team including Lead First Team Physiotherapist Richard Merron and assistant first-team club doctor Tony Gill as well as First Team Physiotherapist Jonathan Picot and First Team Rehabilitation Physiotherapist John Davin .
