Irwin Steven Goldstein (born 1952) is a former American diplomat, government official, and businessman who served as Under Secretary of State for Public Diplomacy and Public Affairs at the United States Department of State during Secretary Rex Tillerson's tenure in the Trump Administration. He was also Assistant to the Secretary and Director of Public Affairs at the United States Department of the Interior under Manuel Lujan Jr. during the Presidency of George H. W. Bush. In the private sector, Goldstein directed communications at several large financial services companies, including as Senior Vice President and Chief Communications Officer at AllianceBernstein and Executive Vice President and Chief Communications Officer at TIAA-CREF. Steven "Goldie" Goldstein is the television play-by-play broadcaster for the Florida Panthers on Bally Sports Florida. Education Goldstein grew up in Brooklyn, New York and attended Canarsie High School. He graduated from Syracuse University's S. I. Newhouse School of Public Communications in 1991 with a degree in Broadcast Journalism. Broadcasting career Goldstein also anchors news and sports at CBS-TV Miami, Channel 4. Steven Goldstein is an American civil rights activist. Goldstein received his B.A. from Brandeis University, an M.P.P. (Master in Public Policy) from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government, an M.S. from the Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism, and his J.D. from Columbia Law School. Goldstein was co-campaign manager for Jon Corzine for U.S. Senate in New Jersey in 2000. He had previously worked for the U.S. Congress as press secretary to U.S. Senator Frank Lautenberg, and as a counsel to the U.S. House Judiciary Committee. He worked as a television producer as well, winning 10 regional Emmy Awards before founding Garden State Equality in 2004. Steven Goldstein is a Colombian racing driver. Racing career In 2004 he won the Sportsman Division of the Formula Dodge Eastern Race Series in the United States. In 2005 he won a Panoz GT Summer Series race. In 2006 he made his debut in the Italian Superstars Championship with an Audi RS4 entered by Audi Sport Italia, finishing eleventh overall after taking part in the last four races; in the following two seasons he raced with the same team, finishing eighth in 2007 and twelfth in 2008, when he missed the final two races.
