Steve Duplantis
Steve Duplantis (September 20, 1972 – January 23, 2008) was a pro golf caddie. He worked with several golfers until his death. Career and personal life Duplantis was born in Brampton in Canada. He began caddying for Clarence Rose in 1993, after his own golf career failed. He worked with Jim Furyk early in his career from 1994 until 1999, but he is best known for his time with Rich Beem which was chronicled by the writer Alan Shipnuck in the best-selling book ''Bud, Sweat and Tees'', during which Beem won the Kemper Open. Duplantis also caddied for Tommy Armour III when he set the PGA Tour's 72-hole scoring record at the Texas Open in 2003 and had also caddied for other golfers on both the PGA Tour and European Tour, including Daniel Chopra, Garrett Willis, Gabriel Hjertstedt and David Branshaw. Gabriel Hjertstedt
Gabriel Hjertstedt (born 5 December 1971) is a Swedish professional golfer. Hjertstedt was born in Umeå, Sweden. His family relocated to Australia when he was eleven and he learned to play golf there. He turned professional in 1990 and spent time on the PGA Tour of Australasia and the Japan Golf Tour. He played on the European Tour from 1993 to 1996, where his best results were a pair of second places in 1994. In his 1997 rookie year on the U.S.-based PGA Tour he won the B.C. Open the same week that Europe won that year's Ryder Cup, to become the first Swede to win on the PGA Tour. He followed up in 1999 by claiming his second PGA Tour title at the Touchstone Energy Tucson Open. He represented Sweden in the Dunhill Cup in 1994 and 1999. John Maginnes
John Maginnes (born July 14, 1968) is an American professional golfer who played on the PGA Tour and the Nike Tour and is currently a golf analyst with his own show on Sirius XM Radio. Playing career Maginnes joined the Nike Tour in 1994. In 1995 he picked up his first win on Tour in at the Nike San Jose Open and also earned his PGA Tour card through qualifying school. In his rookie year on Tour he came close to winning the Buick Challenge but lost in a playoff to Michael Bradley. He finished 113th on the money list and retained his Tour card for the following year.
