Stepmonster
''Stepmonster'' is a 1993 American comedy horror film directed by Jeremy Stanford, executive produced by Roger Corman, and starring Alan Thicke, Robin Riker, George Gaynes, Ami Dolenz, Corey Feldman, Edie McClurg, John Astin, and Billy Corben. It was a direct-to-video film. After its release, it was sometimes aired on The Disney Channel. In the film, a boy's mother is kidnapped by a shapeshifting monster, called a tropopkin. The woman is declared missing, and her husband presumes that she has died. He is not particularly concerned, as he is engaged to marry another woman. The woman in question is the shapeshifting tropopkin, and plans to kill him during the next summer solstice. Her prospective stepson witnesses her killing various victims, and tries to expose her real identity. Plot The film starts off with art supplies and dramatic music. Robin Riker
Robin Riker (born October 2, 1952) is an American actress and author. She made her big screen debut in the 1980 horror film ''Alligator'' and later went to star in the Showtime comedy series '' Brothers'' (1984–1989). Riker had starring roles in a number of sitcoms during 1990s, include '' Get a Life'' (1990–92), ''Shaky Ground'' (1992–93), '' Thunder Alley'' (1994–95), and ''The Gregory Hines Show'' (1997–99). Mark Thomas McGee (born 1947 in San Gabriel, California) is a screenwriter and author. Most of his movie work was for Fred Olen Ray and Jim Wynorski. Although he played bit parts in some of these movies, he is not an actor and has been confused with a Mark McGee who actually is an actor. Jon Terryl "Terry" Plumeri (November 28, 1944 – March 31, 2016) was an American musician, classical composer, orchestra conductor, double bassist, lecturer, teacher, producer, and film score composer. Early life Plumeri was born in Greensboro, North Carolina, and grew up in Tampa, Florida. He began studying music when he was 10.
