Stephen Worgu
Stephen Worgu (born 6 April 1990 in Brass, Nigeria) is a Nigerian footballer who plays for Bowsher Club in Oman. Club career Ocean Boys (2005–2007) and Enyimba (2007) In 2006, Worgu was a member of the Ocean Boys F.C. team that won the Nigerian Premier League under the tutelage of former Enyimba International F.C. manager, Maurice Cooreman. Throughout his two-year stay with the Bayelsa State club, the diminutive player enjoyed a low profile rating compared to Ideye Aide Brown, team captain Blessing Okardi and goalkeeper Ikechukwu Ezenwa, before joining Enyimba in July 2007. Worgu spent one year with Enyimba, which turned out to be a very successful year for the rising star. He lifted Enyimba to the semi-final of the CAF Champions League 2008, their best position since their championship title in 2004. Brass, Nigeria
Brass is a Local Government Area in Bayelsa State, southern Nigeria. Its headquarters are in the town of Twon-Brass on Brass Island along the coast, it has a coastline of approximately 90 km on the Bight of Bonny. A midfielder is an outfield position in association football. Midfielders may play an exclusively defensive role, breaking up attacks, and are in that case known as defensive midfielders. Penalty cards are used in many sports as a means of warning, reprimanding or penalising a player, coach or team official. Forwards (also known as attackers) are outfield positions in an association football team who play the furthest up the pitch and are therefore most responsible for scoring goals as well as assisting them. As with any attacking player, the role of the forward relies heavily on being able to create space for attack. Colins Kelechi Osunwa (born 15 October 1984) is a Nigerian football striker. Endurance Idahor
Endurance Idahor (4 August 1984 – 6 March 2010) was a Nigerian professional football player who played for Sudanese club Al-Merreikh. On 6 March 2010, Idahor collapsed during a league game and later died on his way to the hospital. Career In 2003, Idahor tied for the Nigeria Premier League scoring title with 12 goals for Julius Berger and moved in 2005 to Dolphins FC. On 23 February 2006, Idahor left Dolphins and moved to Sudanese club Al-Merrikh, he was sent out on loan to Emirati club Al Nasr in January 2008 for 7 months. During his return he became a key player in the first team squad, becoming the top scorer and leading the club to their first CAF Confederation Cup final since 1989.
