Stefan Pot
Stefan Pot ( sr-cyr, Стефан Пот; born 15 July 1994) is a Serbian professional basketball player for Falco KC Szombathely of the Hungarian League. Playing career Pot has started his professional career at Spartak Subotica, from which he moved to Novi Sad and afterwards to CSU Asesoft Ploiești in Romania. After that he returned to Serbia, where he appeared for Metalac and Mladost Zemun. The peak of his career came in the 2016–17 ABA season, when he signed with Partizan NIS and after that season he spent three seasons with FMP. In August 2020, Pot signed for the Bosnian ABA team Igokea. He averaged 8.0 points, 3.3 assists and 2.3 rebounds per game. Point Guard
The point guard (PG), also called the one or the point, is one of the five Basketball positions, positions in a regulation basketball game. A point guard has perhaps the most specialized role of any position. Point guards are expected to run the team's offense by controlling the ball and making sure that it gets to the right player at the right time. Above all, the point guard must understand and accept their coach's game plan; in this way, the position can be compared to a quarterback in American football. Mirza Delibašić Cup ( bs, Kup Mirza Delibašić), formerly Basketball Cup of Bosnia and Herzegovina ( bs, Kup Bosne i Herzegovine u košarci), is the men's national basketball cup of Bosnia and Herzegovina. It is run by the Basketball Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina and is named after Bosnian basketball legend and FIBA Hall of Fame member Mirza Delibašić. Greek Basket League
The Greek Basket League (GBL), often also referred to as the Greek A1 Basketball League, or Greek Basketball Championship (originally called Panhellenic Basketball Championship), and also known as the Stoiximan Basket League for sponsorship reasons, is the first tier level professional basketball league in Greece. It is run by HEBA ( el, ΕΣΑΚΕ, link=no), under the legal authority of the Hellenic Basketball Federation (E.O.K.). It is the highest-tier level of the Greek league system. The GBL plays under FIBA rules and currently consists of 13 teams, with the lowest-placed team relegated to the A2 Basket League and replaced by the winner of the play-offs of that tier. It runs from October to June, with teams playing 22 games each during the regular season, and the top 8 teams then competing in the playoffs. 2016–17 ABA League
The 2016–17 ABA League was the 16th season of the ABA League, with 14 teams from Serbia, Croatia, Slovenia, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Republic of Macedonia participating in it. It started on September 29, 2016 with the first round of the regular season and the regular season ended on March 13, 2017 followed by playoffs of the four best placed teams. The play-offs were played from March 18 till April 13, 2017. Crvena zvezda won its third ABA League championship, after beating Cedevita 3–0 in the Finals. Nemzeti Bajnokság I/A (men's Basketball)
The Nemzeti Bajnokság I/A ( en, National Championship I/A, commonly abbreviated NB I/A) is the highest level league of club men's basketball in Hungary. Format The league comprises 14 teams. A NB I/A season is split into a league stage and a playoff/playout stage. At the end of the league stage (14 teams) the top 5 teams play another league stage, another 5 play with each other, and then the top 8 teams qualify for the playoff stage. The playoffs are played in "Best of five" format. The winning team of the final round are the champions of that season. The two bottom teams play with each other in "Best of three" format. The FIBA U18 European Championship, originally known as the European Championship for Juniors, is a youth men's basketball competition that was inaugurated with the 1964 edition. 2013 FIBA Under-19 World Championship
The 2013 FIBA Under-19 World Championship (Czech: Mistrovství světa FIBA do 19 let 2013) was the 11th edition of the FIBA U19 World Championship, the biennial international men's youth basketball championship contested by the U19 national teams of the member associations of FIBA.
