Static Thought was an American punk rock band formed in 2000 in Richmond, California, United States, by Travis Davant, Eric Urbach, and Charlie Vincent. Static Thought includes Urbach on guitar and Singing, vocals, Johaan Hill on Bass guitar, bass and vocals, Aaron Younce on guitar and vocals, and Drew Cueva on Drum kit, drums. Early years Band members met in Middle School. The band wrote and self-released their first EP "Were Dumb" under this line up. After playing a few shows, Vincent left the band in 2003, and was replaced by Mike Leon. During this period of the band, the band released the EP "Outta Control". Soon after, Vincent rejoined the band on rhythm guitar in 2005. Soon after his venture back into band Vincent decided to leave and was later replaced by Garcia later that year. Hellcat Records is an independent record label based in Los Angeles, California. The label, an offshoot of Epitaph Records, was started as a partnership between Brett Gurewitz of Bad Religion, the owner of Epitaph, and Tim Armstrong of Rancid, who was generally responsible for signing bands. Hellcat published its ''Give 'Em the Boot'' label sampler in multiple volumes starting in 1997. Reading And Leeds Festivals
The Reading and Leeds Festivals are a pair of annual music festivals that take place in Reading and Leeds in England. The events take place simultaneously on the Friday, Saturday and Sunday of the August bank holiday weekend. The Reading Festival is held at Little John's Farm on Richfield Avenue in central Reading, near Caversham Bridge. The Leeds event is held in Bramham Park, near Wetherby, the grounds of a historic house. Headliners and most supporting acts typically play at both sites, with Reading's Friday line up becoming Leeds' Saturday line-up, Reading's Saturday line-up playing at Leeds on Sunday, and Leeds' Friday line-up attending Reading on Sunday.
