State Property Fund of Ukraine is a central body of executive power with special status and being administrated by the Cabinet of Ukraine. History State Property Fund of Ukraine was established in 1991 according to the Cabinet of Ministers' Resolution N.158 for the purpose of the implementation of the state policy of the privatization of state property. The activities of the Fund is regulated by the "Law on the State Property Fund of Ukraine" adopted in December 2011. Yuriy Ivanovych Yekhanurov ( uk, Юрій Іванович Єхануров, ; born August 23, 1948) is a Ukrainian politician who was Prime Minister of Ukraine from 2005 to 2006 and Minister of Defense from 2007 to 2009. Volodymyr Lanovyi ( uk, Володимир Тимофійович Лановий; born 17 June 1952) is a Ukrainian statesmen, politician, economical scientist. Career Lanovyi was born in Kyiv on June 17, 1952. A graduate of the Kyiv National Economic University, he began his working career at the institute of micro instruments in the Krystal Science Production Association in 1973.
