Interstate 130
The Loop is a beltway around Texarkana, TX and Texarkana, AR, which are twin cities in the U.S. states of Arkansas and Texas. Consisting of a section of Interstate 49 (I-49) in Arkansas, and Loop 151 and a section of I-369 and U.S. Route 59 (US 59) in Texas, it forms a three-quarter loop around the east, south and west sides of the city. (I-30 completes the circle on the north side.) The Loop is built to Interstate Highway standards. The south side is bisected by State Line Avenue, which travels north–south along the state line. The entire half in Arkansas is I-49 and Arkansas Highway 151 (AR 151), which is unsigned. US 59 has an interchange with the Loop near the southwest corner, only the south side in Texas is Loop 151. Route 130 is a state highway in southwestern Connecticut, running from Fairfield to Stratford, generally parallel to I-95. Route description Route 130 begins at an intersection with US 1 in Fairfield and heads east into Bridgeport. In Bridgeport, it intersects I-95, then passes under Route 8 and I-95 twice without junctions before crossing into Stratford. Connecticut () is the southernmost state in the New England region of the Northeastern United States. It is bordered by Rhode Island to the east, Massachusetts to the north, New York to the west, and Long Island Sound to the south. Its capital is Hartford and its most populous city is Bridgeport. State Route 130 (SR 130) is a state highway that connects U.S. Route 101 in San Jose, California with the Lick Observatory on Mount Hamilton. The segment in San Jose runs along Alum Rock Avenue, while the remainder of SR 130 follows Mount Hamilton Road, a narrow two-lane highway that goes through the Diablo Range in Santa Clara County. Legislatively, SR 130 extends east from Mount Hamilton to Patterson in Stanislaus County, forming a route between the Santa Clara and San Joaquin valleys, but the traversable route via San Antonio Valley Road and Del Puerto Canyon Road is maintained at the county level and has not yet been formally adopted by the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans).
