Stary Barkoczyn is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Nowa Karczma, within Kościerzyna County, Pomeranian Voivodeship, in northern Poland. It lies approximately south-west of Nowa Karczma, Gmina Nowa Karczma, Nowa Karczma, south-east of Kościerzyna, and south-west of the regional capital Gdańsk.
