''Ghajini'' is a 2008 Indian Hindi-language action thriller film written and directed by A. R. Murugadoss, jointly produced by Allu Aravind, Tagore Madhu and Madhu Mantena. A remake of Murugadoss's own 2005 Tamil film of the same name which itself is inspired by the 2000 film '' Memento'', the film stars Asin Thottumkal (who reprising her role from original, in her Hindi film debut) and Aamir Khan with Jiah Khan and Pradeep Rawat in the pivotal roles. ''Company'' is a 2002 Indian Hindi-language gangster film directed by Ram Gopal Varma and written by Jaideep Sahni.
