Stardom Rookie Of The Year
is a tournament promoted by the Japanese professional wrestling promotion World Wonder Ring Stardom in which rookies with less than one year of in-ring experience evolve. The event has been held annually between 2011 and 2019 with a four-year break until 2023. During time, the competition took place under single-elimination tournament rules or was decided by singles or gauntlet matches. World Wonder Ring Stardom
World Wonder Ring Stardom (スターダム 女子プロレス), often referred to simply as Stardom (stylized as ST★RDOM), is a Japanese '' joshi puroresu'' or women's professional wrestling promotion based in Tokyo, Japan. Stardom was founded in September 2010 by former All Japan Women co-producer Rossy Ogawa, retired professional wrestler and mixed martial artist Fuka Kakimoto, and All Japan Women veteran professional wrestler Nanae Takahashi. Stardom is currently owned by Japanese card game company Bushiroad, making it the sister promotion of New Japan Pro-Wrestling (NJPW). Stardom quickly became one of the top ''joshi puroresu'' promotions, largely thanks to gravure idol Yuzuki Aikawa becoming the promotion's public face. Hazuki (wrestler)
mononymously known by her ring name Hazuki is a Japanese professional wrestler currently working for the professional wrestling promotion World Wonder Ring Stardom. Professional Wrestling Career World Wonder Ring Stardom (2014-2019) Hazuki passed the test to become a wrestler for Stardom on July 5, 2014. On July 6, 2014, she debuted in a losing effort against Koguma. On December 2015, she won the Rookie of Stardom tournament. On November 20, 2016, she changed her name to "HZK" and joined the Stardom unit Queen's Quest. The unit saw immediate success as Queen's Quest captured the Artist of Stardom Championship on January 7, 2017, which was the first of Hazuki's four reigns. is a Japanese professional wrestler currently working for the Japanese promotion World Wonder Ring Stardom. (born September 14, 1998) is a Japanese professional wrestler currently signed to World Wonder Ring Stardom promotion, Since making her debut on August 12, 2018, she became a one-time World of Stardom Champion, two-time Goddesses of Stardom Champion, one-time Artist of Stardom Champion, one-time Future of Stardom Champion and one-time SWA Undisputed World Women's Champion, while also having won the Goddesses of Stardom Tag League in 2018 and the Trios Tag Team Tournament in 2019. (born January 30, 1991) is a Japanese professional wrestler currently signed to World Wonder Ring Stardom promotion. Tora is a two-time Artist of Stardom Champion as well as one-time Goddess of Stardom Champion. Professional wrestling career World Wonder Ring Stardom J.A.N. (2016–2018) On October 30, 2016, Tora made her professional wrestling debut where she teamed with Arisu Nanase as the two faced Azumi and Kaori Yoneyama in a losing effort.
