Star Vehicle (film)
''Star Vehicle'' (re-titled in North America as ''Bleading Lady'') is a 2010 horror film directed by Ryan Nicholson and starring Dan Ellis, Sindy Faraguna, Nathan Durec and Nick Windebank. Premise The film tells the tale of frustrated Teamster driver Don Cardini, abused by spoiled stars and arrogant students, who becomes a ticking time-bomb of revenge. As Don goes on the rampage, his favourite scream queen, Riversa Red, finds herself up for a new role in the greatest gorefest of all: real life. Ryan Nicholson
Ryan Nicholson (1971 – October 8, 2019) was a Canadian special effects makeup artist and filmmaker. Biography Nicholson was born in 1971 in Victoria, British Columbia. He was a self-taught artist who ran special-effects shop Flesh & Fantasy for a number of years before he began Film director, directing and Film producer, producing his own independent films through his production company Plotdigger Films. He was married to Megan Nicholson and had one son. Television Nicholson worked in the makeup department on many television shows including ''The X-Files'', ''The Outer Limits (1995 TV series), The Outer Limits'', ''Stargate'' and ''Andromeda (TV series), Andromeda'' for which he was nominated for the Gemini Award three times for Best Achievement in Make-Up, with a win in 2002. Steve Moore (musician)
Steve Moore is an American, New York-based multi-instrumentalist/producer/film composer, best known for his synthesizer and bass guitar work with Zombi. Moore also plays bass guitar for Brooklyn progressive rock band Titan, and has worked with Microwaves, Red Sparowes, Lair of the Minotaur, Ghost, Goblin, Maserati, Municipal Waste, Sally Shapiro and Panthers. Moore releases solo material as well, occasionally adopting pseudonyms (such as dance/pop alter-ego Lovelock). His solo work also includes film scores, predominantly low-budget horror films, and remixes for a wide range of artists including Washed Out, Lower Dens, Voivod and The Melvins. In 2019, he had a collaborative relationship with Emel Mathlouthi: he worked on her album ''Everywhere We Looked Was Burning'' and in return she made the leading vocals on the opener "Your Sentries Will Be Met with Force" on his 'Beloved Exile'' album. Zombi (band)
Zombi is an American rock duo from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, consisting of Steve Moore on bass and synthesizers and Anthony Paterra on drums. The group makes use of looping to create multi-layered compositions. They have toured with Don Caballero, Isis, Orthrelm, The Psychic Paramount, Daughters, Red Sparowes, These Arms Are Snakes, Trans Am, and Goblin. They are currently signed to Relapse Records. ''Gutterballs'' is a 2008 Canadian rape-and-revenge slasher comedy splatter film written and directed by Ryan Nicholson. Plot On January 1, 2008, at the Xcalibur Bowling Centre, a disco-themed bowling alley in Surrey, British Columbia, Egerton, the janitor, has allowed two groups of teenagers to bowl against one another after hours. The "prep", Steve, is still bitter after his best friend Jamie, the "jock", had sex with Lisa, a girl with whom Steve was smitten and even took to their senior prom.
