Stanislav Angelov
Stanislav Angelov ( bg, Станислав Ангелов; born 12 April 1978), also known as Peleto ( bg, Пелето), is a former Bulgarian footballer and currently owner and manager of Levski-Rakovski. Angelov played as a defensive midfielder, sometimes as a fullback or centre back. Career CSKA Sofia Born in Sofia, Angelov started his career at CSKA Sofia, where he played as a left back. He made his first appearance for the club during the 1998–99 season and has been a regular player since the 1999–2000 season. He made his debut on 17 April 1999, in a 0–2 home loss against Metalurg Pernik. Angelov scored his first career goal in a 4–0 win over Shumen on 6 May 2000. In June 2001, Stanislav made a hugely controversial move to CSKA's bitter rivals Levski Sofia. He left CSKA on a free transfer after his contract with the club had expired. Sofia
Sofia ( ; bg, София, Sofiya, ) is the capital and largest city of Bulgaria. It is situated in the Sofia Valley at the foot of the Vitosha mountain in the western parts of the country. 2006–07 UEFA Champions League
The 2006–07 UEFA Champions League was the 15th season of UEFA's premier European club football tournament, the UEFA Champions League, since it was rebranded from the European Cup, and the 52nd season overall. The final was contested by Milan and Liverpool on 23 May 2007. Beforehand, the match was billed as a repeat of the 2005 final, the only difference being that the 2007 final was to be played at the Olympic Stadium in Athens, Greece. Kirin Cup
The is an association football tournament organised in Japan by the Kirin Brewery Company. The host, Japan, is a participant in every edition. The tournament was founded in 1978 then known as Japan Cup (International competition which national teams and clubs participated in), and was last held in its full form in 2022. From 1992 onwards, the format was changed to a round robin national team competition. The first nation to win the competition was Argentina. Japan are the tournament's most successful team with eleven titles, followed by Peru with three titles. As of 2022, the current cup holders are Tunisia. PFC Slavia Sofia ( bg, ПФК Славия София) is a Bulgarian professional association football club based in Sofia, which currently competes in the top tier of the Bulgarian football league system, the First League. The Liga I (; ''First League''), also spelled as Liga 1, is a Romanian professional league for men's association football clubs. Currently sponsored by betting company Superbet, it is officially known as the SuperLiga. It is the country's top football competition, being contested by 16 clubs which take part in a promotion and relegation system with the Liga II. The teams play 30 matches each in the regular season, before entering the championship play-offs or the relegation play-outs according to their position in the regular table.
