El Centro (Spanish for "The Center") is a city and county seat of Imperial County, California, United States. El Centro is the largest city in the Imperial Valley, the east anchor of the Southern California Border Region, and the core urban area and principal city of the El Centro metropolitan area which encompasses all of Imperial County. Mark Anthony Carrier III (born April 28, 1968) is an American former football player who was a safety in the National Football League (NFL). He was the former defensive backs' coach for the Cincinnati Bengals. Early life Carrier went to Long Beach Polytechnic High School and was a letterman in football. The National Football League Draft, also called the NFL Draft or (officially) the Player Selection Meeting, is an annual event which serves as the league's most common source of player recruitment. Each team is given a position in the drafting order in reverse order relative to its record in the previous year, which means that the last place team is positioned first and the Super Bowl champion is last.
