Stal Rzeszów (multi-sports Club)
ZKS Stal Rzeszów is a multi-sports club, currently best known for its association football and motorcycle speedway sections, although with huge successes in diving and wrestling. Acrobatic gymnastics The club possesses an acrobatics section. Association football Founded in 1944 as one of the first sections of the club. They won the Polish Cup in 1975, and despite limited success overall, remains a popular club in the city. Rzeszów
Rzeszów ( , ; la, Resovia; yi, ריישא ''Raisha'')) is the largest city in southeastern Poland. It is located on both sides of the Wisłok River in the heartland of the Sandomierz Basin. The Polish Cup in football ( pl, Puchar Polski w piłce nożnej ) is an elimination tournament for Polish football clubs, held continuously from 1950, and is the second most important national title in Polish football after the Ekstraklasa title. Due to mass participation of teams, the tournament is often called ''The Cup of the Thousand Teams'' ( pl, Puchar Tysiąca Drużyn ). Participation is open to any club registered with the Polish FA, regardless of whether it competes in any league in the national pyramid. Acrobatic Gymnastics
Acrobatic gymnastics is a competitive gymnastic discipline where partnerships of gymnasts work together and perform figures consisting of acrobatic moves, dance and tumbling, set to music. There are three types of routines; a 'balance' routine (at FIG grade 5 and above) where the focus is on strength, poise and flexibility; a 'dynamic' routine (also FIG grade 5 and above) which includes throws, somersaults and catches, and (at FIG grade 6 and above, as well as grade 4 and below) a 'combined' routine which includes elements from both balance and dynamic. Olympic Wrestling
Since the Olympic Games began in Athens in 1896, wrestling (in the form of Greco-Roman wrestling) became a focus of the Games, with the exception of the 1900 Summer Olympics when wrestling did not appear on the program.
