Brent Staker
Brent Allen Staker (born 23 May 1984) is a former professional Australian rules footballer who played for the West Coast Eagles and in the Australian Football League (AFL). Early life Staker grew up in Broken Hill in remote country New South Wales. He went to Burke Ward Public School where he made a time capsule to be opened on 2020. He made his A Grade debut in 2000 at age 16 for West Broken Hill, playing in their losing grand final side that year. AFL career West Coast Recruited from NSW/ACT Rams (Under 18s), he made his debut in 2003. In round seven 2004, he earned an AFL Rising Star nomination when he kicked three goals against Melbourne. Barry Hall incident In Round 4, 2008, Brent Staker was punched in the face by Sydney Swans full-forward Barry Hall. Robert Jackson Staker
Robert Jackson Staker (February 14, 1925 – November 30, 2008) was a United States district judge of the United States District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia. Education and career Staker was born in Kermit, West Virginia. He received a Bachelor of Laws from West Virginia University College of Law in 1952. He was in the United States Navy as a radioman from 1943 to 1946. He was in private practice of law in Williamson, West Virginia from 1952 to 1968. He was an assistant prosecuting attorney of Mingo County, West Virginia in 1960. He was a judge of the Circuit Court of Mingo County from 1969 to 1979. Steve Staker
Steve Staker (May 28, 1943 – April 28, 2020), also known as Papa Stake, was an American football coach. Staker served as the head football coach at the Coe College in Cedar Rapids, Iowa from 2008 to 2015. He was honored the Liberty Mutual Coach of the Year Award for NCAA Division III in 2009. He attended at Upper Iowa University. Personal life and legay Staker was married to Linda King until his death in 2020. They had four children. Staker died in April 2020 of gallbladder cancer in Lisbon, Iowa, at the age of 76. Coe College registered a plaque for Staker at the Clark Field Stadium. Staker Wallace
Patrick "Staker" Wallace (1733 - 1798) was a United Irishman, perhaps born at Teermore, in Bulgaden-Ballinvana parish of County Limerick, Ireland, near the town of Kilfinane. He achieved some fame as an Irish patriot when he was brutally executed for independence activities by a pro-British nobleman in 1798. Name Most commonly known as Staker Wallace or The Staker, his first name was most likely Patrick. His nickname was given to him after his death. Some sources give his first name as William or Edmond (Edmund), but these are less likely than Patrick. In her 1909 book about her ancestor, Eunice Graham Brandt referred to Staker as William. After being beheaded, his head was put on a stake for everyone to see. Thus, Staker Wallace. The monument in his honour in Martinstown, Limerick, refers to him as Edmond.
