Lesley Selander
Lesley Selander (May 26, 1900 – December 5, 1979) was an American film director of Western (genre), Westerns and adventure film, adventure movies. His career as director, spanning 127 feature films and dozens of TV episodes, lasted from 1936 to 1968. Before that, Selander was assistant director on films such as ''The Cat and the Fiddle (film), The Cat and the Fiddle'' (1934), ''A Night at the Opera (film), A Night at the Opera'' (1935), and Fritz Lang's ''Fury (1936 film), Fury'' (1936). Eddy Waller
Edward Carlingford Waller (June 14, 1889 – August 20, 1977) was an American stage, film and television actor. Early years Born in Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin, he was a son of the Rev. Thomas M. Waller, a Presbyterian minister, and Anna Taylor Waller, his wife; his parents were originally from England. Eddy Waller's involvement with dramatics began when he was a student at the University of Wisconsin. Career Stage Waller performed in vaudeville and the legitimate theater before he entered films in Hollywood. His professional stage debut came in Chicago, Illinois. Many of his film appearances came in Westerns and serials. Lackteen was born in Kab-Elias, Lebanon, and attended an American school in Lebanon. Hopalong Cassidy
Hopalong Cassidy is a fictional cowboy hero created in 1904 by the author Clarence E. Mulford, who wrote a series of short stories and novels based on the character. Mulford portrayed the character as rude, dangerous, and rough-talking. He was shot in the leg during a gun fight which caused him to walk with a little "hop", hence the nickname. From the 1930s to the 1950s, the character became indelibly associated with actor William Boyd, who portrayed Cassidy first in a series of sixty-six films from 1935 to 1948, then in children-oriented radio and TV series, both of which lasted until 1952.
