Stafford is a suburb of Johannesburg, South Africa. It's an industrial suburb located south of the Johannesburg CBD, close to Springfield. It is located in Region F of the City of Johannesburg Metropolitan Municipality. History The suburb was established on land called the ''Booysen Estate''. It became a suburb on 7 July 1937 and is named after the landowner, Arentz Edward Stafford. Basketball National League
The Basketball National League (BNL) is the pre-eminent male and female semi-professional basketball league in South Africa. Since its inception in 1993 the league has been exclusively played by male club teams, in 2021 the women's division officially launched. South African Standard Time (SAST) is the time zone used by all of South Africa as well as Eswatini and Lesotho. The zone is two hours ahead of UTC ( UTC+02:00) and is the same as Central Africa Time. Daylight saving time is not observed in either time zone.
