Staf Scheirlinckx
Staf Scheirlinckx (born 12 March 1979 in Herzele) is a Belgian former professional road bicycle racer. His brother, Bert Scheirlinckx, is also a professional cyclist. Scheirlinckx was one of the tallest riders in the professional peloton at , and was known primarily as a domestique, particularly strong in the northern classic cycle races. Scheirlinckx retired at the end of the 2013 season, after fourteen years as a professional. Paris–Bourges is a French road bicycle racing, road bicycle race. The race originally started in Paris and ran to the town of Bourges in the Centre (French region), Région Centre. However, in recent year with the length of races shortened it has become impossible to link the two cities and since 1996 the race has started in the town of Gien in the Loiret department which is south of Paris. The 2012 Omloop Het Nieuwsblad took place on 25 February 2012. It was the 67th edition of the international classic Omloop Het Nieuwsblad. This year's Omloop started and ended at St. Peter's Square in Ghent, Belgium and spanned in the province of East Flanders. The race was the first 1.HC event in the 2012 UCI Europe Tour. Le Samyn is an annual single-day road bicycle race in Belgium, held usually in late February or early March. The event was created in 1968 as ''Grand Prix de Fayt-le-Franc'', named after the former municipality where it started and finished.
