Stade Al Inbiaâte is a multi-use stadium in Agadir, Morocco. It is currently used mostly for football matches and hosts the home games of Hassania Agadir. The stadium can hold up to 10,000 people. History The stadium was constructed in 1960 and is one of the most symbolic stadiums in Morocco. It was replaced by Stade d'Agadir in December 2009 as the official stadium of HUS Agadir, local football team in Agadir. Since 2011, it was equipped with artificial turf instead of natural grass. Adrar Stadium (Adrar for "''mountain''" in Berber) (Berber: ⴰⴱⴰⵔⴰⵣ ⵏ ⴰⴷⵔⴰⵔ, Arabic: ملعب أدرار) is a multi-use stadium in Agadir, Morocco, that was inaugurated in 2013. It is used mostly for football matches. The stadium has a capacity of 45,480 seat. It was supposed to hold 2010 FIFA World Cup games if Morocco had been chosen to be the host country. The stadium is home to Association football club Hassania Agadir, replacing their old venue Stade Al Inbiaâte. Artificial turf is a surface of synthetic fibers made to look like natural grass. It is most often used in arenas for sports that were originally or are normally played on grass. However, it is now being used on residential lawns and commercial applications as well.
