Stacey Barr
Stacey Barr (born 12 November 1992) is an Australian rules footballer and basketball player. She has played for the Fremantle Football Club in the AFL Women's competition, and has played in the Women's National Basketball League for the Perth Lynx. Basketball career Barr played four seasons of college basketball in the United States between 2011 and 2015 for the University of Idaho. After a stint in the SEABL with the Geelong Supercats, Barr joined the Perth Lynx for the 2015–16 WNBL season. In 2016, she played in the SBL for the Kalamunda Eastern Suns. In 2017, she continued on in the SBL with the Willetton Tigers. She split her 2018 season with a stint with the East Perth Eagles in the SBL before finishing the year with the Frankston Blues in the SEABL. West Australian Women's Football League
The West Australian Women's Football League (WAWFL) was the governing body of women's Australian rules football in the state of Western Australia from 1987 until its dissolution in 2021. It organised the premier women's football league in Western Australia from 1987 to 2018, which was superseded in 2019 by the WAFLW league, a joint initiative of the WAWFL and the West Australian Football Commission. 2022 NBL1 Season
The 2022 NBL1 season was the third season of the NBL1. With the West Conference introduced in 2021 alongside the South, North and Central conferences, the NBL1 expanded further in 2022 with the inclusion of an East Conference. The 2022 season was the NBL1's first full season to be completed since 2019 and the first to feature the NBL1 National Finals. The champion teams of the NBL1 National Finals are determined by grand final championship games at the conclusion of the finals weekend. The men's and women's champion from each NBL1 conference competes at the NBL1 National Finals each year. The conferences include: South, North, Central, West and East. After the inaugural NBL1 season in 2019 consisted of only the South Conference, the 2020 NBL1 season was set to be first season with more than one conference and therefore National participation. The 2021 NBL1 West season was the inaugural season of the NBL1 West. After 32 years known as the State Basketball League (SBL), the league was rebranded under the NBL1 banner for 2021. Rockingham Flames is an NBL1 West club based in Perth, Western Australia. The club fields a team in both the Men's and Women's NBL1 West.
