Srimurali
Sriimurali (born 17 December 1981), also known simply as Murali, is an Indian actor who works predominantly in Kannada cinema. After making his debut in 2003 in ''Chandra Chakori'', he appeared in '' Kanti'' as the eponymous lead, a performance that won him the Karnataka State Film Award for Best Actor in 2004. His performance in the 2014 Kannada film ''Ugramm'' received unanimous praise and emerged as a major success. Early and personal life Sriimurali was born on 17 December 1981 in Bangalore, Karnataka, in a family of film people. His father S. A. Chinne Gowda is a film producer and brother Vijay Raghavendra, an actor. Actor Rajkumar was his uncle and actors Shiva Rajkumar and Puneeth Rajkumar his cousins. He married his Telugu girlfriend, Vidya from Andhra, on 11 May 2008. They have a son and a daughter together, who are non-identical twins. Ugramm
''Ugramm'' is a 2014 Indian Kannada-language action thriller film directed by Prashanth Neel and produced under the banner Inkfinite Pictures with his brother Pradeep Neel as the executive producer. It stars Srimurali and Haripriya as the lead pair, supported by Thilak Shekar, Atul Kulkarni, Avinash, Jai Jagadish and others. Bhuvan Gowda was the main cinematographer, while Ravi Varman was a guest cinematographer, marking his debut in Kannada cinema. It completed a run of 150 days in some theatres across Karnataka. A sequel to the film titled ''Ugramm Veeram'' to be made in 2015, was announced by Srimurali in July 2014. It was remade in Odia as '' Agastya'' starring Anubhav Mohanty. Prashanth Neel
Prashanth Neelakantapuram (born 4 June 1980) is an Indian film director and screenwriter who primarily works in the Kannada film industry. He made his debut with the 2014 Kannada film, ''Ugramm'' and later directed the two-part film series: '' K.G.F: Chapter 1'' (2018), and '' K.G.F: Chapter 2'' (2022), the latter being the highest-grossing Kannada film. Personal life Prashanth Neelakantapuram was born on 4 June 1980 in a Telugu family in Karnataka. Born to Subhash and Bharathi, their family hails from Neelakantapuram village, near Madakasira, Andhra Pradesh, and settled in Bangalore. Neel married Likhitha in 2010. ''Loosegalu'' is a 2013 Indian Kannada-language romantic comedy film directed by Arun and starring Sriimurali, Shreeki, Akul Balaji, Aishwarya Nag, Shravya Rao, and Rekha Vedavyas. The film began production as ''Nande'' and was delayed for two-and-a-half years before the title was changed. ''Sri Harikathe'' is a 2010 Indian Kannada language romantic thriller film directed by Dayal Padmanabhan. The film stars Sri Murali, Pooja Gandhi, Radhika Gandhi and Naveen Krishna in pivotal roles. The film is jointly produced by S. A. Chinne Gowda and M. N. Kumar. The film release co-coincided with another Sri Murali film ''Sihigali'' on 12 March 2010.
