Yashoda Palayad (Malayalam:യശോദ പാലയാട്) was an Indian playback singer and actress from Malayalam film industry in the 1960s’ and 70s. Personal life and career Yashoda was born to late P. V. Krishnan Vaidyar and late Ammu Amma in 1946. She started her singing career through dramas at the age of ten with the song ' and had also rendered mappilappattu. She was an active actress and singer in Kalanilayam and K.P.A.C. dramas. She debuted singing with the film ' in 1962, composed by V. Dakshinamoorthy. ''Kismath'' (from kismet; ) is a 2016 Indian Malayalam-language romantic drama film written and directed by debutante Shanavas K Bavakutty. The film stars Shane Nigam as Irfan and Shruthy Menon as Anita, two star-crossed lovers from different religious backgrounds (Islam and Hinduism). It is produced by Rajeev Ravi under the banner of Pattam Cinema Company, and in association with LJ Films and Akbar Travels. The film narrates the real-life story of two young lovers from Ponnani, in Kerala - a 28-year-old scheduled caste girl and a 23-year-old Muslim boy - who faced backlash from society for their relationship in 2011. Gopi Sundar
Gopi Sundar C. S. (born 30 May 1977) is an Indian music director, programmer, playback singer, songwriter, actor and performer who works prominently in Malayalam, Telugu and Tamil film industries. He started his career composing music for television commercials, has nearly 5,000 jingles to his credit. As a keyboard programmer, he has collaborated with many music directors including the composer duo Vishal–Shekhar. He has won several accolades for his soundtrack albums and film scores, including a National Film Award, a Kerala State Film Award, and two Filmfare Awards South. Sundar started his own recording label, Gopi Sundar Music Company in 2014 with an idea to promote aspiring musicians and to make low-budget productions possible.
