Brandon Community Sportsplex
The Brandon Community Sportsplex is a multipurpose recreation facility located in the city of Brandon, Manitoba, Canada. The Sportsplex was built by the City of Brandon in the mid 1970s as a venue for the 1979 Canada Winter Games. It features an indoor ice hockey arena, a 50 metre swimming pool, racquetball courts, and track and field facilities. Since the 1979 Winter Games, the Sportsplex has been made available to the public for recreational use. The hockey arena is one of four indoor arenas that serve the city of Brandon, the other three being located within the Keystone Centre. The Sportsplex is home to the Brandon Wheat Kings of the Manitoba Midget 'AAA' Hockey League and is also used by the city's minor hockey, speed skating, and figure skating programs. The Zatzman Sportsplex is an indoor sports and community centre in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, opened 1982 and known as the Dartmouth Sportsplex until 2019. It houses an arena, a gymnasium, two swimming pools, and other fitness, leisure and events facilities. It is managed by the Dartmouth Sportsplex Community Association, a non-profit organization which runs the facility on behalf of the Halifax Regional Council. ENMAX Centre
The ENMAX Centre (formerly Canada Games Sportsplex) is a 5,479-seat multi-purpose arena, in Lethbridge, Alberta, Canada. It features a full-size ice rink, and a walking track. An outdoor sports field, with capacity for 2,000 people, is no longer adjacent to the center, it was made into a parking lot. In 1997, the Servus Sports Centre (formerly the Lethbridge Soccer Centre) was built directly south. It was built to host the 1975 Canada Games and is home to the Lethbridge Hurricanes, of the WHL. It is located at 1701 Woodroffe Avenue north of the Ottawa Greenbelt, near the former Confederation High School along OC Transpo routes 74 and 75 in the former city of Nepean. Centennial Sportsplex is a multi-use athletic complex in Nashville, Tennessee. The venue is owned by the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County and is operated by Metro Parks, the parks and recreation arm of the government. The facility is adjacent to Centennial Park, from which it derives its name. It currently features two ice arenas, an olympic-size swimming pool, a fitness center, and several tennis courts. The Orange Beach Sportsplex is a sports complex in Orange Beach, Alabama that was built in 2001. The focus of the complex is the 1,500-seat stadium. The stadium has hosted the SEC Women's Soccer Tournament and has completed negotiations to host the tournament through 2020. Built in 1998, the Orlando Sportsplex (formerly the RDV Sportsplex) is a multi-purpose sports and recreation facility that includes the Genesis Health Club, Genesis Ice Den, and nearly 100,000 square feet of Class A office/medical-use space occupied by tenants located in Orlando, Florida.
