Sports Hall Kumanovo ( mk, Спортска сала Куманово) is an indoor sport venue located in Kumanovo, North Macedonia. The hall has capacity of 6,500 seats and was built in 1980. It is the biggest indoor sport hall in Kumanovo, where competitions of basketball, futsal, handball, volleyball and boxing matches are held. Kumanovo ( mk, Куманово ; also known by other #Etymology, alternative names) is a city in North Macedonia and the seat of Kumanovo Municipality, the List of municipalities in the Republic of Macedonia by population, largest municipality in the country. Kumani ''( mk, Кумани)'' is a name referring to Ultras supporters of various sports clubs from the city of Kumanovo in North Macedonia. History The fans started to organize in the late 70's when there was an expansion of the creation of fan groups in Yugoslavia. The first fan groups were called: ''Ultras'', ''Eagles'', ''Front'' and ''Sokolanci (the most loyal fans of Kumani Zapad)''. In 1989 all of them united under the name ''Delta Force''. This name didn't stay for long when on 19 February 1990 it was changed to Kumani. The name came from the Asian nomadic tribe Cumans that lived in Kumanovo in the Middle Ages. Lambe Alabakovski ( mk, Ламбе Алабаковски, ; born 15 November 1987, in Ljubojno, SFR Yugoslavia) is a Macedonian singer. Biography Alabakovski attended the Euro-College in Kumanovo. He won the M2 Production's Play: Search For A New Star 2004. He made it to the finals and performed the hit "Spasi Me" ("Save Me"), composed by Darko Dimitrov and won by the televoting audience. Alabakovski was signed to the M2 Production's label. In 2005, Alabakovski recorded his next single, "Kade Pesno Moja" ("Where, My Song"), a cover of a song by Slave Dimitrov, which was the first Macedonian song to be sold as an internet download. Elena Risteska ( mk, Елена Ристеска, ; born 27 April 1986), sometimes known as simply Elena, is a Macedonian singer. She represented Macedonia in the Eurovision Song Contest 2006 in Athens with the song " Ninanajna", and finished in 12th place; this was the highest ever finish for the country until Risteska's record was beaten in 2019. Petar Grašo (born 19 March 1976) is a Croatian pop singer and songwriter. Born in Split to basketball player Zoran Grašo, he rose to prominence when Oliver Dragojević performed one of his first songs "Boginja" on the Dora contest in 1995. Since then, he has collaborated greatly with Dragojević, and has also worked with Doris Dragović, Danijela Martinović, Tonči Huljić, Goran Bregović, and Lepa Brena.
