Sport7 was a Bulgarian sports television channel, owned by TV7 Group along with its sister channels TV7, News7 and Super7. The channel was first launched in 2008 as a jointventure of TV7 and the cable TV broadcaster Cabletel. TV7 (Bulgaria)
TV7 ("TV sedem") was a Bulgarian television channel, owned by Crown Media EAD (ProSiebenSat.1 Media). It aired entertainment programs, TV series and films, and was also the first Bulgarian station to broadcast in widescreen PAL (16:9, although the aspect ratio was usually left as 4:3, making the image appearing vertically elongated on normal TV sets). The channel was available terrestrially in over 50 cities and towns, thus comprising the fifth national free-to-view TV network in Bulgaria and also on cable television and satellite. In August 2007 TV7 launched two sister channels: Super7, a kids' channel, and Sport7, a sports channel. Sport7, which was made in partnership with the digital television operator Cabletel was closed in 2009 due to problems with sponsorship. The channel was resumed in 2013. GP2 Series
The GP2 Series was a form of open wheel motor racing introduced in 2005 following the discontinuation of the long-term Formula One feeder series, Formula 3000. The GP2 format was conceived by Bernie Ecclestone and Flavio Briatore, while Ecclestone also has the rights to the name GP1. The series was organized by Bruno Michel. In 2010, the GP3 Series class was launched, as a feeder class for the GP2 series. In 2017, the series was rebranded as the FIA Formula 2 Championship. Designed to make racing affordable for the teams and to make it a better training ground for life in Formula One, GP2 made it mandatory for all of the teams to use the same chassis, engine and tyre supplier so that true driver ability is reflected.
