SpongeBob SquarePants (season 7)
The seventh season of the American animated television series ''SpongeBob SquarePants'', created by marine biologist and animator Stephen Hillenburg, originally aired on Nickelodeon in the United States from July 19, 2009, to June 11, 2011. It contained 26 half-hour episodes, with a miniseries titled Legends of Bikini Bottom. The series chronicles the exploits and adventures of the title character and his various friends in the fictional underwater city of Bikini Bottom. The season was executive produced by series creator Hillenburg and writer Paul Tibbitt, who also acted as the showrunner. In 2011, ''Legends of Bikini Bottom'', an anthology series consisting of episodes from the season, was launched. A number of guest stars appeared on the season's episodes. Several compilation DVDs that contained episodes from the season were released. Thomas James Kenny (born July 13, 1962) is an American actor and comedian. He is known for voicing the titular character in ''SpongeBob SquarePants'' and associated media. Paul Tibbitt
Paul Harrison Tibbitt IV (born May 13, 1968) is an American animator, television producer, writer, storyboard artist, songwriter, voice actor, and director, best known for working on the animated series ''SpongeBob SquarePants''. After ''SpongeBob'' creator Stephen Hillenburg resigned in 2004, Tibbitt took the position of showrunner for the show. He also took over as the voice of Potty the Parrot, whom Hillenburg had voiced until his resignation. Tibbitt made his feature film directorial debut directing '' The SpongeBob Movie: Sponge Out of Water''. He studied in the Character Animation program at the California Institute of the Arts. Alan Smart is a retired animator and an animation director best known for his work as the supervising director on ''SpongeBob SquarePants'', which he has been involved with since the pilot, and as assistant director and layout artist on ''The Simpsons'' (he also received credit as a director in the season three episode, "Flaming Moe's"). Brian Darrell "Luke" Brookshier (born August 31, 1971) is an American writer, director, and storyboard artist known for his work on Nickelodeon's ''SpongeBob SquarePants'' and he was nominated for an Emmy Award for "Outstanding Animated Program" for writing the ''SpongeBob SquarePants'' episode "Wigstruck". Cyma Zarghami ( fa, سیما ضرغامی, born December 15, 1962) is an Iranian-born American film studio and former cable television executive who served as the president of Nickelodeon and Viacom Media Networks Kids & Family Group until 2018. She is the founder and CEO of MiMo Studios. Early life Zarghami was born in Abadan, Iran to an Iranian father, Gholam, and a Scottish mother, Catherine.
