Spinning is a brand of Indoor cycling, indoor bicycles and indoor cycling instruction classes distributed and licensed by the American health and fitness company Mad Dogg Athletics. Pen spinning is a form of object manipulation that involves the Dexterity, deft manipulation of a writing instrument with hands.
