Spencer Mawhinney
Spencer Mawhinney (born May 30, 1977) is a Canadian curler from Saint John, New Brunswick. He currently plays second on Team Jason Roach. Career Mawhinney made the playoffs at the 2009 Alexander Keith's Tankard as lead for Charlie Sullivan. They lost in the semifinal to Rick Perron. He lost in the semifinal in 2011 as well, as lead for Paul Dobson. In 2017, Mawhinney and his rink of Sullivan, Dobson and Mark Dobson made the final of the 2017 Pepsi Tankard. They had finished 4–3 in the round robin and defeated James Grattan in the semifinal. They took control of the game in the second end by stealing three after Mike Kennedy missed his last shot. The game was tied 4–4 in the ninth before Team Sullivan gave up a steal of three, ultimately losing the match 7–5. Mawhinney was invited to be Team Kennedy's fifth at the 2017 Tim Hortons Brier where he played in one game and the team finished with a 1–10 record. James Grattan (curler)
James Grattan, nicknamed "Jimmy the Kid" (born July 28, 1974 in Ottawa, Ontario) is a Canadian curler from Oromocto, New Brunswick. He currently skips his own team. Career Grattan's best personal result as a skip at the Brier is third place (). In 2002–2004 he played third for Russ Howard. He skipped again in (5–6 in Regina), after defeating Dan Sherrard in the New Brunswick Tankard final, and (2–9 Winnipeg), after defeating Jeremy Mallais in the provincial final. He played third for Howard again in (6–5 Calgary). He moved back to skip the following season and the team won the provincial championship. Terry Odishaw
Terrance "Terry" Odishaw (born June 17, 1966) is a Canadian curler from Moncton, New Brunswick. He is a four-time provincial men's champion and former Canadian mixed champion. Career Odishaw has won the New Brunswick men's curling championship on four occasions. His first title came in 1991, playing third for Gary Mitchell. At the 1991 Labatt Brier, the rink went 4-7, out of the playoffs. Odishaw won his second provincial title in 1998, this time as a skip. At the 1998 Labatt Brier, his rink went 4-7 once again, missing playoffs. In 2007, Odishaw skipped New Brunswick to a Canadian Mixed Curling Championship, when he defeated Quebec's Ève Bélisle in the final, 6-4. Except for being an alternate in 2000 and in 2002, Odishaw would not return to the Brier until 2012, when he won that year's New Brunswick Tankard. Peter Case (curler)
Peter Case (born April 5, 1954) is an American singer-songwriter and guitarist. His career is wide-ranging, from rock n' roll and blues, to folk rock and solo acoustic performance. Biography Early career Case was born in Buffalo, New York and lived in nearby Hamburg, New York. He wrote his first song "Stay Away," in 1965, at the age of eleven. A veteran of several rock bands and the local bar scene as a teenager, Case dropped out of high school when he was fifteen (he would later earn a GED), and after several years of traveling arrived in 1973 in San Francisco, where he performed as a street musician. During this period a documentary about the local music scene, ''Nightshift,'' directed by Bert Deivert, captured the young Case on film. Jim Sullivan (curler)
James David Sullivan (January 6, 1968 - November 12, 2011) was a Canadian curler from Saint John, New Brunswick. He was a renowned curler, being skip of the Jim Sullivan Rink which captured the 1987 Canadian Junior Curling Championships for New Brunswick, and the 1988 World Junior Curling Championships. In 1990, Sullivan and his team were the silver medalists at the Labatt Brier The Tim Hortons Brier, or simply (and more commonly) the Brier (''french: Le Brier''), is the annual Canadian men's curling championship, sanctioned by Curling Canada. The current event name refers to its main sponsor, the Tim Hortons coffee and .... Andy McCann
Andrew McCann (born April 26, 1982 in Oromocto) is a Canadian curler from Fredericton Junction, New Brunswick. He currently plays lead on Team James Grattan. Career McCann was the alternate for Team New Brunswick skipped by James Grattan at the 2008 Tim Hortons Brier where they finished with a 2–9 record. He played in two games. He won his first provincial championship in 2012 at the 2012 Molson Canadian Men's Provincial Curling Championship as third for Terry Odishaw. At the 2012 Tim Hortons Brier, the team had a good showing, finishing the round robin in sixth with a 5–6 record. McCann would once again spare for Grattan at the 2014 Tim Hortons Brier. Daryell Nowlan (born June 4, 1969 in Lahr, West Germany) is a Canadian curler and curling coach from Moncton, New Brunswick. He is originally from Summerside, Prince Edward Island. He currently coaches the Andrea Crawford rink. Career In juniors, Nowlan represented Prince Edward Island three times at Canadian Junior Curling Championships from 1986–1988. He went 4–7 in 1986 as second for James McCarthy and 3–8 in both in 1987 and in 1988 as third for McCarthy. Nowlan made his first Tim Hortons Brier appearance in 1994 at the 1994 Labatt Brier in Red Deer, Alberta. He was the alternate for the PEI rink skipped by Mike Gaudet.
