Spencer Antle (born March 7, 1969) is an American fashion designer, film director and rum curator. He is also the founder of the Island Company lifestyle clothing brand and Island Company Rum. He is the CEO, creative director, designer, photographer, and advertiser at the firm. He started his career in Los Angeles as a screenwriter and television commercial director, and has won multiple awards for his commercials. Early life and education Antle was born in Honolulu. His father served on a U.S. Navy submarine. He was educated in preparatory schools in the United Kingdom, and attended high school in Wayland, Massachusetts. He then attended the University of Miami, where he studied creative writing.
