Operations John Gray is the founder & CEO of Spearmint Rhino Consulting Worldwide. His company owns the trademark of Spearmint Rhino Gentlemen's Clubs, Dames N' Games Topless Sports Bars, California Girls Gentlemen's Clubs, Blue Zebra Adult Cabaret and Dirty's Topless Bar. In 2010, the Spearmint Rhino opened 1616 Club, its first non-adult nightclub, in downtown Los Angeles. Each club location is independently owned, operated and licensed. Upland is a city in San Bernardino County, California, United States on the border with neighboring Los Angeles County. The municipality is located at an elevation of 1,242 feet (379 m). Las Vegas Dancers Alliance
The Las Vegas Dancers Alliance was an organization of adult entertainment workers in Las Vegas founded in 2002 by Andrea Hackett in response to regulations adopted by Clark County, Nevada that criminalized lap dances. It grew to include 1,000 members from strip clubs throughout the Las Vegas valley including Crazy Horse Too, Spearmint Rhino and many others. Despite its size, L.V.D.A. was unable to bring about substantive changes to the law or the adult club industry as a whole. Part of the blame fell on dancers unwilling to participate in rallies, meetings and events. However, much of it fell on club owners who colluded with local law enforcement to intimidate dancers.
