Sharps Run is a stream that drains into the Southwest Branch Rancocas Creek, in Burlington County, New Jersey. It drains an area of . Sharps Run starts in Evesham Township, and flows eastward into Medford Township. Sharps Run has been defined as a low-gradient stream. In recent years, Sharps Run has improved in water quality. Sharps Run's headwaters lie in Evesham Township, near N. Elmwood Road, and its confluence with Southwest Branch Rancocas Creek is in Medford Township. Sharps Run is generally a slow-flowing river, but has been known to flood and flow rapidly during rain. It drains mostly a suburban/rural area, with plenty of woodlands and agriculture. Freshwater emergent wetlands and freshwater forested wetlands can be found along Sharps Run.
