The South Africa A cricket team is a national cricket team representing South Africa. It is the second-tier of international South African cricket, below the full South Africa national cricket team. Zander De Bruyn
Zander de Bruyn (born 5 July 1975) is a former South African cricketer. He was a right-handed batsman and a right-arm medium-fast bowler. He played three Test matches for South Africa, and played domestic cricket for the Highveld Lions. He was a batting all-rounder whose elegance at the crease drew comparisons with former South African captain Hansie Cronje. His medium-pace bowling was able to take the pressure off the front-line bowlers, with his ability to restrict the run-rate and take partnership-breaking wickets. Loku Hettige Danushka Dilhara (born 3 July 1980), known as Dilhara Lokuhettige, is a Sri Lankan former cricketer, who played limited over cricket. He is a right-handed batsman and a right-arm medium-fast bowler. Lokuhittege had captained Colombo's Asoka Vidalaya from Under-13s to senior level. In January 2021, he was found guilty of three offences under the ICC Anti-Corruption Code. As a result, he was banned from all cricket for eight years. Kaushal Samaraweera Lokuarachchi (born 20 May 1982), or Kaushal Lokuarachchi, is a former Sri Lankan cricketer, who played all formats. He is a right-handed batsman and a legbreak bowler. He was banned by BPL anti-corruption tribunal for 18 months and not involved in cricket since then. Gerald Ian Daniel (born August 17, 1981) is a Sri Lankan cricketer who plays first class cricket for Sinhalese Sports Club. A right-handed opening batsman, Daniel has appeared consistently for Sri Lanka at junior level starting from his inclusion in the Sri Lanka Under-15 team. He was one of the most successful batsmen in the Under-19 team during the 2000 Youth World Cup where he topped the scoring for his country. Andrew George Puttick (born 11 December 1980) is a South African cricket coach and former cricketer. He is the current batting coach of the Afghanistan national cricket team. International career A left-handed opening batsman, Puttick represented South Africa at the 1996 Lombard Under-15 Challenge Cup in England and the 2000 Under-19 World Cup in Sri Lanka.
