The owner of the company is Sultan Mahmud. History In 1992, Soundtek was established by Sultan Mahmud. Soundtek YouTube channel crossed 1 million subscribers within just 1 year. The company has published over 1500 albums since 1992. Ark (Bangladeshi Band)
Ark is a Bangladeshi rock band formed in 1991 in Dhaka City by keyboardist Ashiquzzaman Tulu. The original founder members are Ashiquzzaman Tulu, Ridwan Nabi Pancham and Shamim. As of 2017, the band line-up re-consists of lead vocalist Syed Hasanur Rahman, keyboardist Tinku Azizur Rahman and drummer Hassan Towhidur Rahman (Rumi Rahman). Since their debut album "মুক্তিযুদ্ধ (Muktijuddho)" in 1991, the band has released five studio albums and some contributed albums. Mukhosh (band)
Mukhosh ( bn, মুখোশ) is a 1990s blues band based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The band was formed by Khalid Hossain Raju (vocals) and S M Khosrose Mohit (drummer) in 1997. They released their first self-titled album ''Mukhosh'' from the banner of recording company Soundtek in 2000. After 2000, the band was inactive for 17 years and reappeared with their second album ''Digital Bhalobasha'' in December 2017. History The band was formed in March 1997. Golam Musabbir Rakib ( bn, গোলাম মোসাব্বির রাকিব; born 1 December 1988) simply known as Rakib Musabbir, is a Bangladeshi singer-songwriter, musician and record producer. He became popular as Rakib Musabbir after the release of his first solo album (''Jare Amar Mon'')'s title track "Jare Amar Mon". Andrew Kishore Kumar Baroi (widely known as Andrew Kishore, 4 November 1955 – 6 July 2020) was a Bangladeshi playback singer. He is considered as the "Playback King" of Bangladesh music industry who sang more than 15 thousands songs. He sang for more than 100 Bangladeshi films. Warfaze (Bengali language, Bengali: ওয়ারফেইজ) is a Bangladeshi heavy metal band formed in 6 June 1984 in Dhaka by Ibrahim Ahmed Kamal, Kamal, Meer, Helal, Naimul, and Bappy. Minar Rahman
Minar Rahman, popularly known as Minar, is an independent Bangladeshi singer-songwriter, composer, lyricist, writer and cartoonist. He rose to fame with the first released song "Shada Ronger Shopnogulo", which was a hit in 2008. Minar does write lyrics and compose songs from his childhood and has developed his own musical style. Ayub Bachchu
Ayub Bachchu (; 16 August 1962 – 18 October 2018) was a Bangladeshi rock guitarist, composer, singer and songwriter, who was the founder of the Bangladeshi rock band LRB and earned success as the lead singer and the lead guitarist of the band. He is considered as one of the greatest singers of all time in Bangladesh. He was one of the pioneers of Bangladeshi pop music. Feedback is a Bangladeshi rock band, formed in the month of October 1977 in Dhaka by keyboardist Foad Nasser Babu. Multiple lineup changes have taken place in membership since 1976. They have released seven studio albums and have also appeared in some compilations. History Their first appearance was in The Hotel Inter-continental (now the Sheraton), Dhaka, on 11 October 1976. Souls (band)
Souls is a Bangladeshi rock band formed in Chittagong in 1972. History In 1972, singer Tajul Imam, guitarists Sajedul Alam and Momtazul Hoque Lulu, bassist Subrata Barua Ronny, and drummer/keyboardist Ahmed Newaz formed Souls. In 1982, Naseem Ali Khan and Ayub Bachchu joined. The band started writing and composing their own songs while performing cover songs of western bands in hotels. In 1982, they released their debut album, ''Super Souls'', which was one of the first albums released by a music group in Bangladesh, along with the debut album of the band Shocking Blue.
